Our models
Our models are produced on demand to avoid seasonal stock losses. We have no stock inventory, which helps reduce the environmental impact. No restocking, no mess. If the part you wish to order no longer appears on the website, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will respond as soon as possible.
Each piece that appears on the site is a changeable piece as far as possible. The design guidelines remain the same but we can change with you the choice of raw materials used, for example an Akoya cultured pearl instead of a freshwater pearl. While almost everything is available for you, we ask for a period of 2 to 6 weeks for completion depending on your choice of design.

If you are looking for a personalized piece of jewelry that has special meaning for you, we are here to make that dream design come true! Just contact us with your ideas or even sketches. Our designer will help you find the best option.
We offer a diverse choice of precious materials, you can decide to create your jewel in 10k, 14k or 18k yellow, pink and white gold, in rhodium-plated 925 Sterling silver or in platinum.
For custom designed parts we cannot offer a price match in advance, as quotes are directly linked to the current market price.
Please also note that choosing the most ethical raw materials, especially for gems, requires a more expensive price range. depending the gemstones.
Please note that there will be no return or exchange for any unique design request.

SKETCH
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you imagine your own creation. Maybe you saw something appealing and were inspired to create a particular design. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with us and want to blend it with Senzerina’s creations. Whatever it is, the way you tell your specific needs to us can make all the difference. (Please note that we cannot reproduce or replicate existing items.)

QUOTE
The second step after the sketch is generally the choice of metal and gems. What types of gemstones might you be considering for your jewel? At this level, it is preferable to openly discuss your budget to match the proposal with a specific price. Lab-grown gems sometimes allow for more ethical methods. Diamonds are a prime example.
We will then send your request along with the quote to our designer and our local team. Some jewelry may require 3D design. When the part is made, we will send you a confirmation email.

PRODUCTION
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The production process will respect all the details on the proposal you will validate. We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the final price of your estimate in order to complete your project, this is in order to avoid order cancellations, changes of opinion mid -path and loss of raw materials. Custom-made production requires 3-6 weeks. If your jewelry is for a special occasion, please plan ahead and let us know the deadline.
Once your invoice has been paid, the jewelry of your dreams will be shipped at your convenience in United States or internationally.
