What will my order look like?
TWO-YEAR WARRANTY: the warranty for Senzerina creations is understood to be within the framework of normal use. Loss or damage resulting form accidental circumstances or lack of care not in conformity with the instructions provided are not considered normal use. However, if a jewel under warranty proves to be difficult to repair, Senzerina undertakes to replace it with an item of equivalent commercial value. Wear, tear, and aging area excluded from the warranty.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY: the Senzerina's seal certifies the authencity of your jewel.
GEMOLOGICAL APPRAISAL: We offer this service for jewels over $1500, it is done by FGA certified gemologist. For more information we invite you to read the following section.
POLISHING CLOTH: You will receive in your package a small envelope containing your polishing cloth, it will be grey or pink depending on your purchase.
POUCH(ES): Jewelry pouches come in small and medium sizes determinate by the dimension of your jewelry. We have two colors of fabric depending on your type of purchase, Senzerina or Senzerino jewels. The material used for the containing is of superior quality to ensure the protection of your jewelry.
INSTRUCTIONS: Remove jewelry before washing your hands, avoid chemicals, avoir risky situations, remember to store your jewelry in pouches, take care of your metals, watch out for your pearls, don't overestimate your chains, careful with sudden movements, and use your polishing cloth for cleaning.
