Senzerina jewelry can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted without an original sales receipt or after the authorized return period. Refunds will be issued upon presentation of a sales receipt within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Sale and discontinued items are not eligible for a refund.

Why doesn't my Senzerina jewel look like the commercial picture? Why is the color of the pearls I received different?

Please note pearls are organic gems, so colors and shapes may vary depending on the availability of the current market.

It is normal and reassuring not to receive a product identical to the photographs of the site, which proves the authenticity of your pearls.
