Please note that it is important to insure your jewelry because we are not responsible in case of loss, theft or damage during shipping. As all jewelry are handcrafted with the highest quality materials, it is sometimes difficult to reproduce exactly the same jewel. Everything we ship is completely insured by either FedEx or our third party insurer.

Time Frame

Please note that the waiting time for creations will be 2 to 4 weeks. Custom-made creations can take up to 6 weeks.

As the Covid-19 pandemic is causing shortages in raw materials, we thank you for your understanding if a piece is no longer available.

Tracking Number

You will find your tracking number with the email confirmation.

Tax

We are located in California, the state sales tax of 9% is only charged to items shipped in California. Otherwise, there is no sales tax applied to any orders.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted without an original sales receipt and authenticity certificate or after the authorized return period.

RETURNS

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your jewel.

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns within 7 days - 15 days for International

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order or 15 days for international.

A return to Senzerina must be unworn jewelry, show no apparent damage or wear and be in perfect original condition. The original packaging box and jewelry pouches must be returned.

In case the product does not comply with the Senzerina return policy, we will refuse your return and resend the jewelry at your cost.

Once we have approved your request, we will email you instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds will be issued upon presentation of a sales receipt within 7 days of the date of your purchase.

Sale and discontinued items are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, custom-made is not eligible for a refund.

Gift Cards

A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

If your order is greater than the amount on your gift card you will be required to add the difference.

Gift cards are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced by Senzerina.

It is a good idea to hold on to your gift card until your order is received.
